THIS IS A SINGLE USER LICENCE
Enigma Marketing Research grants to Licencee a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable licence to use the data contained herein (the Database) for 12 months.
Permitted uses:
The licencee may:-
- Use the Database on a single computer at a time for the period of the licence.
- Load the Database into the computer's temporary memory (RAM).
- Install the Database onto a permanent storage device (for example, a hard disk drive).
- Make one (1) copy of the Database for archival backup purposes only, provided Licensee maintains possession of such backup. The backup copy shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this licence.
